We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.

Price Match Guarantee Exclusions

To maintain our commitment to fair pricing and authentic products, our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

  • You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
  • Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
  • The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
  • The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
  • Marketplace & Auction Sites: We do not match prices from third-party sellers on marketplaces (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace) or auction-style websites.
  • Membership-Only Pricing: Excludes prices that require a membership or "club" fee (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club).
  • Availability: Both Dealers Playroom and the competitor must have the identical item (same brand, model, color, and size) in stock at the time of the request.
  • Promotional Events: Does not apply to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, "Flash Sales," or limited-quantity "Door Buster" offers.
  • Clearance & Open-Box: Excludes clearance, close-out, liquidation, or "As-Is" / refurbished items.
  • Typographical Errors: We cannot match prices that are clearly the result of a competitor’s typographical or pricing error.

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Verify: Ensure the competitor is an Authorized U.S. Dealer for the brand.

  3. Provide Proof: Share a direct, live link to the product on the competitor's website.
  4. Final Total: Our price match includes the total landed cost (Price + Shipping + Applicable Taxes).
