Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery At Dealers Playroom, we strive to get your game room equipment to you as safely and quickly as possible.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping to the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day
  • Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday – Friday).

Large Item / Freight Delivery Most of our tables ship via freight carrier. Standard delivery is Curbside Delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Please note that "White Glove" or "Inside Delivery" is available for an additional fee; please contact us at sales@dealersplayroom.com for a quote before your item ships.

Shipping Coverage Area

Dealers Playroom currently ships within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Our focus is on providing reliable, trackable delivery across the "Contiguous United States"(lower 48).

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at support@dealersplayroom.com . This confirms that we’ve received your order and begun preparing it for processing. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time from dispatch through final delivery. 

Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or supply chain factors. If your order is delayed, we will proactively notify you with updated delivery information. For out-of-stock or custom orders, our team will contact you directly with revised timelines and options.
